  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or for orders over a certain amount.

Local Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available at checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready! Most orders are ready within 24-48 hours. 

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit.

  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us — we’re happy to help as best we can!
