Return Policy — Benton 1909 Loft

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Benton 1909 Loft! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:

 Return Window

  • In-store purchases: Eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Online orders: Eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date (date of receipt confirmed by tracking).

 Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be in brand new, unworn condition

  • Have original tags still attached

  • Be unwashed and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of wear

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items or items marked as “final sale”

  • Swimsuits, bodysuits, and intimates

  • Gift cards

 Return Shipping (for online orders)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

 Right to Refuse

Benton 1909 Loft reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Items that are not eligible for return will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
